Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Livvo Labs ("Livvo," "we," "us") and the Livvo service, including our website and SMS messaging program. By using Livvo, you agree to these Terms.
1.Eligibility
Livvo is for current and former varsity collegiate athletes. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, and you must provide accurate information. Membership is subject to verification of athlete status.
2.Your Account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity on your account. Do not share your access with others or misuse the service.
3.The Livvo Service
Livvo helps athletes connect through personalized introductions, events, and community features. Livvo facilitates introductions but is not responsible for the conduct of any member or the outcome of any connection. Use good judgment when meeting people.
An introduction is a text thread that Livvo opens between you and another member. What you write in it, by text or on the Livvo website, is relayed to the other member with your first name. Livvo reads these threads automatically to tell whether an introduction worked, a member of the Livvo team may read one when it is reported or for a stated reason that is logged, and Livvo never sees texts you send anywhere else.
4.SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to introductions, in the Livvo app, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Livvo: a check-in before each introduction, the introduction, the messages relayed between you and the member you are introduced to, and related service messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
The join form's box for texts about community news and events is a separate, optional program. Ticking it does not opt you in to introductions.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your mobile information and confirms we never share it with third parties for marketing.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Harass, harm, impersonate, or mislead other members
- Use Livvo for spam, solicitation, or unlawful purposes
- Scrape, copy, or misuse member information or the service
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service
6.Intellectual Property
Livvo and its content, branding, and technology are owned by Livvo Labs. You may not copy or use them without permission.
7.Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Livvo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livvo Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from connections made through it.
8.Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using Livvo at any time.
9.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
